Our Background Hard's Marine Service has been serving the Gulf Coast area since 1982. HMS currently employees over 60 people, operates 10 tugboats, 4 specialty barges, and an operations center centrally located in the Houston / Galveston / Texas City area. Our Facilities Hard's Marine Service has a water front operations facility consisting of 250 linear feet of bulk headed dock space with a full concrete driveway to the waters edge, a 5000 sq ft secure warehouse for storing equipment and supplies, and an onsite operations center housing management personnel. Our Capabilities Hard's Marine Service has the capabilities to serve it's customers in almost any potential situation or need. Whether it is moving inland barges along the Gulf Coast from one end of the Intracoastal Waterway to the other or supplying chandler services or store gangs to assist deep draft vessels with stores and supplies or changing out anchor and/or chain, Hard's Marine is there to get the job done for you.
