Hard's Marine Service employs numerous positions to satisfy our customers needs. No experience is necessary for our entry level positions and we provide training and assist with job related schooling for qualified candidates. From our corporate base in the Houston area, we provide Marine services to numerous companies along the Gulf Coast. Hard's Marine Service is small enough so you will not be treated like a number and everyone will know your name and face, yet we are large enough to provide a stable environment for your personal growth. 

To be considered for employment, you must possess the following:

• At least 18 years of age
• A valid drivers license
• Dependable transportation to and from main office
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a DOT urinalysis
